Haight wanted to have an online experience that was matching their offline in store experience. So after looking at existing data of the old website and customer and stake holder interviews, we crafted new online personas to help shape the UX and wireframes.
We then tested and designed the new website to compete with luxury e-commerce stores, building an editorial look to hero their bold art direction.
Mixing it up
Together we uncovered that mixing and matching garments successfully was a gap in the market and that creating an interactive experience built around choice would help them stand out. Along with a new clean and sophisticated aesthetic, we crafted a custom mix & match configurator that sets Haight ahead of the game. The user can configure their own bikini using the interactive sliders, at the end of this user flow the user can easily add the products to their bag.

Through open dialogue and a collaborative relationship with the client we created a product that matches their ambition. We went live with the Brazilian version of the site in 2019 and are currently working on the roll out across international markets.
